All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee/deposit not to exceed 50% of the cost of the tattoo. This will come off of the total cost of your tattoo the day of your appointment.

Deposits are non-transferable and we require 48 hours notice if you need to make changes to your appointment. A no call/no show will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice, rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. The full quoted amount will be due at your appointment.

Drawings will be presented to you the day of your appointment and will not be sent to you via e-mail. There will be time set aside for you to make minor changes/tweaks, but if the entire design needs to be re-drawn, you will be rescheduled for another time.

Valid ID is required for every client and must be presented the day of your appointment.

Military ID is not a valid form of ID as we are not allowed to make copies.

If the tattoo idea you are sending is something that I am not comfortable executing, I will refer you to another artist who can better assist your needs. I can book out months ahead if needed, or you can ask for a specific date.

Please note that sending a form does not guarantee you an appointment. Because it is just me, responses are not immediate and may take me a couple days, so please do not re-send a form. If you have not heard from me within 48 hours please DM me on IG.
